Before anything is quoted, we write down exactly what is moving: patients, encounters, notes, documents, results, medications, allergies, immunizations, appointments, providers, balances, and how far back the history goes. Non-standard fields land on documented extensions rather than being quietly dropped.
You get a reconciliation report at the end — counts, samples, and known gaps — and you keep it. If a vendor won’t give you that, ask why.
